Facebook Rep Program

How you get paid

Comp plan

Simple structure. Predictable base. Real upside when you produce.

Base retainer

$200 / wk

Paid every 2 weeks ($400 per check), Fridays, via Bill.com ACH. Active as long as you hit the 30-lead-per-week floor.

Showings bonus

$20 / show

For every completed showing where a lead you submitted actually attended. No cap. More showings = more money.

Example weekly earnings

A typical rep submitting 30 qualified leads per week converts roughly 3-4 of those into completed showings.

Base

$200

+ Showings (3-4)

$60-80

Total / week

$260-280

Top performers regularly land above this. The more qualified leads you submit, the more showings convert.

The rules of the comp plan

Activity floor: 30 qualified leads/week

To earn your $200 weekly base, you need at least 30 qualified lead submissions per week. Below that, your base pay pauses for that week — you'll still earn showings bonuses for any leads that converted, but no retainer.

What counts as a "qualified lead"

A real person, real contact info, looking for housing in Boston / Cambridge / Somerville, who has explicitly agreed RoostUp can reach out to them. Duplicates, fake contacts, or out-of-area leads don't count.

What counts as a "completed showing"

A person you submitted actually attended a scheduled tour with our leasing team — confirmed in our system. No-shows, cancellations, or reschedules-without-attending don't count. This is the metric our leasing team logs, so we can't fake it (and neither can anyone else).

Payment schedule

Every 2 weeks, on Fridays. $400 base + showings bonuses for the prior 2-week period. Paid via Bill.com ACH to your linked bank account.

Bill.com setup

After you sign your agreement, we'll send you a Bill.com vendor invitation. Set up your account, link your bank, and complete the W-9 — all in Bill.com. This needs to happen before your first payment.

Comp adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust comp with at least 2 weeks' written notice. If we change anything that affects your earnings, we'll be upfront about why. This will likely happen as we learn what's working — and probably in your favor.
